Current Season Meetings

The current 2008 season is here. If you missed us this far, don't worry. It's never too late to join the Pacers. Get in the best shape of your life and have loads of fun doing it! Join us every Saturday morning and offer support, companionship and encouragement for runners of all levels. Achieve a level of fitness that you never before thought possible, while enjoying the fellowship of others.

All Levels Welcome
The Pre-Conditioning level, for those who have never run in their lives; 10 Mile Challenge level, for those who would like to prepare for competitions and events like 5K & 10K; and half & full marathon levels for those who want more.

We are a FREE running group; we don't believe in making you pay to have fun!

Snacks
The Pacers provide water (and an occasional banana or orange) along the running route and at the end of the walking/running route.

The Rose Bowl Aquatic Center picnic tables at the southern area of parking lot I, about 1/4 of a mile south of the Rose Bowl on Arroyo. Alternate meeting location is Descanso Gardens (due to UCLA games).

Running Distance Charts

The Pasadena Pacers start the run at parking lot I right at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center. The routes are both, south and north bound. Each route is 6+ miles one way.

The south bound route goes via Arroyo to Grand until reaching Mission, then turn left onto Mission to El Molino, then left at El Molino to end at El Molino and Del Mar.

The north bound route goes via Arroyo to Salvia Cañon Rd (by golf course) then left at the fork onto Salvia Canyon Rd, then follow Salvia to Linda Vista, then right on Linda Vista to Highland, then left on Highland to Chevy Chase, then right on Chevy Chase to Descanso, then left on Descanso and end at the Descanso Gardens park (big traffic sign just past the park entrance).
