Running Group Divisions:
- Pre-Conditioning Program:
This 12-week program is designed to take individuals from the couch
to the completion of a 5-mile run.
- Half-Marathon Program:
This program takes the pre-conditioned runners to a new
level of achievement, providing the additional conditioning that
enables
them
to easily complete a Half-Marathon run. The next Half-Marathon events
for the Pasadena Pacers include the Long
Beach
Half-Marathon and the San Francisco

- Walking for Fitness Program: This year-round program is designed
for individuals seeking an enhanced level of fitness without participating
